Not compatible with iPad & iPhone - IT DELETES SAVED FAVORITES!!!!!

I rarely write reviews but this product used to be great and the new version deleted ALL the research I’ve made in the last 2 years.
There has been no response from tech support to help recovering ore resolving the matter.
I can’t make any new favorites in any of the devices!! Ridiculous!!
There is no excuse for that!!
There should be a better beta-testing before relasing a new version.
